For the purposes of this document we define:

the organizer : PHINERGY Srl with registered office in Piazza Incoronata 16, 35028 Piove di Sacco (PD) - PIVA and CF 04822190288;
the customer : each delegate regularly enrolled in the course (or alternatively the company to which he belongs);

The following is established:

  1. The registration fee includes only the participation in the course and the support material in electronic format, which will be sent to members by e-mail in the days preceding the course itself.
  2. The fee for participation in the course must be paid online by credit card or PayPal or by bank transfer to

    Reason: Course Title + Participant Surname
    following receipt of the email confirming that the organizer has completed the course (about 20 days before the course) and in any case no later than the beginning of the course. The invoicing (with payment receipt) will take place following the evidence of the payment.
  3. Cancellations may be made free of charge (pursuant to Article 1373 of the Civil Code) if communicated in writing by e-mail to the organizer no later than the deadline of the seventh working day preceding the course itself. After the end of the 7 days and until the beginning of the course, the participant can withdraw by paying a fee equal to 50% of the registration fee; beyond the aforementioned terms, any waiver of participation in the initiative will not entitle the participant to any reimbursement of the registration fee due in full. However, it is possible to replace the participant with another employee of the same company.
  4. The organizer has the right to cancel the course if the minimum number of 10 members is not reached. In case of cancellation, the organizer undertakes to communicate the same to the participants (by e-mail to the address indicated on the registration form) no later than 7 days before the start of the course.
  5. The organizer undertakes to make every reasonable effort to keep the course adhering to what is described on the online site. However, reserves the right to change dates, locations and programs if necessary.
  6. The customer is fully responsible for the booking and payment of all transport, board and lodging accessories for the course itself. Under no circumstances will the organizer be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer even in the event of cancellation, displacement or modification of the event itself.
  7. Major force. In no case may the organizer be held financially responsible for any act, loss, damage, expense, error, omission or other events that are to be considered beyond his reasonable control.
